Oct 25, 2024, 2:00 PM EDT – Oct 27, 2024, 4:00 PM EDT

At a pristine wellness sanctuary, in Marshall, NC

Join us October 25-27th at Sacred Mountain Waters Wellness Sanctuary in the mountains of Western North Carolina at the peak of the fall foliage for your own transformational weekend.  Take this opportunity with a small group of about 8 participants to reclaim your power, your peace, and your whole authentic self,  through Shadow Work™ while being on healing land where the mountains hold you and the waters cleanse you.

Why do Shadow Work?

We believe we all have repressed parts of ourselves, which were likely repressed earlier in life for a good reason.  Later on those repressed parts can start to leak out on accident or possibly prevent you from accessing your voice or parts of yourself you now need or desire and would serve you well to reclaim.

Shadow Work® is a very effective tool that guides people into the land of their shadows to reclaim that energy and give you the power of choice over how you use that energy now.

This process makes you as the participant expert of the process while the facilitators follow your lead with masterfully designed questions intended to tap into your wisdom regarding what is safe and best for you.

Shadow Work is fully based on a consent model.  It is designed to prevent facilitators from projecting our own stuff onto you as the participant.  You decide what you want to have happen, what is best and safe for you, and what you want out of your process.

Why do Shadow Work® within a group context?

Some say they receive more healing from being part of someone else's Shadow Work process than their own.  Group participants have the opportunity to serve as role players for another participants, and this provides you an opportunity for growth and healing in addition to your own Shadow Work process.

Each person that witnesses and mirrors back to you the healing and transformation you make, increases the integration of the healing and change taking place in you.

Group process allows for greater co-regulation.  We now know humans rarely self regulate, but instead seek energy outside of us to co-regulate with others (human, animals, and nature).

Shadow Work® requires the best practice of co-facilitation and for this particular weekend you will benefit from the expertise of 4 amazing facilitators who bring their unique gifts together to provide you with the strongest container possible to support you in your healing and growth.

Katie Chiaravolloti:

Katie Chiaravolloti is a commitment to unearthing true self and bringing forth consciousness with curiosity and love.  She is a queer, cis-gendered Soul Guide, an Emotional Baggage Hander and a Creatrix of Sacred Space. She is a Shadow Types™ Practitioner and on a path toward Shadow Work™ Facilitation and Coaching. It is her hope and prayer that as one integrates one’s own healing, the ripples of love and care will blossom out to family, friends, and community. Katie is part of the transition team holding the thread of hope for the world we are creating.  She can be found in South Jersey, weaving communities in healing ceremonies and is always up for an adventure.  Katie has been partnered for over 25 years and is mama to three young men who have been catalysts for consensual parenting, living a vibrant life, and transforming generational pain and trauma into a lineage of love and liberation.  She is a child-led, earth-based, secular homeschooling mama who has co-created and co-led various learning laboratories over the years. Co-creating embodied, healing spaces and ceremonies calls deeply to her being.
